Nvidia, Microsoft, and Arm have launched a coordinated social media campaign teasing a 'new era of PC' ahead of Computex, with coordinates pointing to CEO Jensen Huang's keynote venue, strongly hinting at Nvidia's first consumer-grade Arm-based laptop processors. The rumored N1X chip features a 20-core Arm architecture and an integrated Blackwell GPU, rivaling desktop-class graphics performance, breaking Qualcomm's exclusivity on Windows on Arm. Major PC makers including Dell, Lenovo, and ASUS are reportedly designing next-gen laptops around this architecture.

The move opens up competition in the Arm PC ecosystem, potentially boosting battery life and AI performance. However, based on Nvidia's track record, premium pricing is expected, making early devices likely to target high-end segments rather than mass-market affordability.
